Time has slipped by…
Updating my blog has been on my long list for a month… A month! I can’t time has just gone like that!
I have managed a little studio facelift somewhere in there, I’m hoping the extra table will help with a steadier, more productive work flow. Fingers crossed.

Magnolia Sqaure open its doors yesterday and it was a long day and lovely day. Not too crazy busy, but nice and steady. Thank you to everyone who came along to see LUcÉ, it was lovely to chat to you all… We’ve still got two days left so if you haven’t popped in yet, we look forward to seeing you there.
Its open from 10am-5pm today and 10am-4pm Saturday, and don’t forget to enter into the draw for a LUcÉ handmade gift voucher worth $150, entry is only at Magnolia Square.

It’s all very exciting. The package arrived today! Its a beautiful little book filled to the brim with talented people and full of inspiration. its well worth the picking up a copy at your local bookshop.

Northwood creations…
A little sneak peak at what my Dad and I created on the weekend.
We had a country visit to my parents on the weekend for my Mum’s belated birthday. It was so lovely to see green hills and recovery from where the bush fires swept through.
It was equally as lovely getting some good country air and having some fun making new things for LUcÉ’s display at Magnolia Square.
Setting up succesfully at Magnolia Square is paramount. Not only should your space look fabulous and display your creations to their best, it must also function for the many people who want to see, try on and talk you about your work.
The best bit is that we pretty made do with what we could find around the farm, re-used old fence planks, recycled broom handle, re-used bolts and nuts and specially made (by my Dad) wing nuts for easy assembly.
Hopefully, it will look good…

The count down for Magnolia Square is underway and one of the most exciting parts of being a retailer there, is that you get to meet wonderful people and see and buy their beautiful creations.
I can’t wait to see what Spring creations Leoni & Vonk have! I am an adhered collector of Nicky and Maria’s work and am looking forward to something new to add to my collection!
